Nokia, the world's top cellphone maker, has launched its N-Gage gaming handset and announced its foray into the domain ruled by Japan's Nintendo. Nokia launched the handsets in Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore and Thailand as it seeks higher growth from the gaming segment to offset slowing expansion of the global handset market. Nokia plans to sell between six to nine million units by the end of 2004.
