Tata Communications, a global leader in communications technology, and Cisco, a prominent global technology company, have expanded their partnership to introduce Webex Calling with cloud Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) for enterprises operating in India. This innovative service, named Webex Calling by Tata Communications, is the first of its kind in the country. It combines Cisco’s Webex Calling capabilities with the cloud voice services provided by Tata Communications’ GlobalRapide platform.
