New Appointments at BSNL

Nirmal Swarup and HC Kochar has been appointed as director (planning & new services) and director
(HRD) respectively.

Nirmal Swarup has been appointed in place of Kranti Kumar whereas HC Kochar has been appointed in place of Shabbir Ahmad.
