Net4 Forms Subsidiary in Singapore

Net4 India has announced the opening of its newly formed subsidiary, Net4
Singapore, and has also been awarded with the service-based operator (SBO)
license in Singapore. Under the license, the company will now be able to support
a range of enhanced retail and wholesale VoIP business. The new division,
headquartered in Singapore, aims to create a proactive, customer-facing
organization, and will manage the wholesale VoIP business from Singapore for its
international market. Net4 will establish a new PoP in Singapore for VoIP-related
services that include international calling card service (ICC), toll free
services, IP telephony services, and VPN voice/data services.
