MTS has launched services in its 10th telecom circle in India. MTS is offering both its high-speed mobile Internet service, MBlaze, and voice services, with an introductory offer of one paisa per two seconds for local mobile phone calls in Haryana. MBlaze offers 15 GB data worth Rs.1500, free for the first month as part of the inaugural offer and there will be no roaming surcharges while using the MTS network. The new tariff is an improvement on the already available “per second billing” offer introduced by MTS in other circles, which has become an industry norm. Subscribers will be able to use this pre-paid service and get connected without verification of their credit ratings and without security deposits. Vsevolod Rozanov, President and Chief Executive Officer, Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited (SSTL) said, “The launch in Haryana is a milestone since this is our tenth circle to be launched within a short span of time. We will provide the highest quality high speed data & voice services based on advanced technology. Our subscribers will be able to utilize our expanding network anywhere in India, since we will be a pan India service provider.”
