MTNL Rolls Out New Tariff Scheme for Dolphin

MTNL has unveiled a Budget Plan, to be launched next week, for its cellular service Dolphin. The plan valid for a period of two months only, has a monthly rental of Rs 100 and cellular to cellular tariffs, irrespective of distance, are Rs 1.90 per minute. Calls made to a fixed line from a cellular phone will be Rs 1.90 within the circle. The calls made outside the circle will have tariffs depending on the distance.
