MTNL Launches Online Bill View and Payment services

MTNL appears to be heading towards streamlining its billing system to make it more convenient for the customers. It has started the online Bill View and Payment System. The subscribers are supposed to go to its website www.mtnl.net.in or www.bol.net.in and get themselves registered to avail of the facility. As regard the online payment, to begin with start with MTNL has started this facility only for Indian Ovearseas Bank ABB card holders. More than one bill can be paid from same IOB account. Telephone numbers need not be in the name of registrant. Individual amount of a bill should not be more than Rs. 5000.

But the site is having some teething problems. The links to Online View and Payment are not working.
