Jagdish Kini Joins Aircel as Group CEO

Aircel announced the appointment of Jagdish Kini as group chief executive
officer, effective from November 1, 2006. He will be leading the Aircel team for
its all-India operations. Kini's primary focus would be to transform Aircel
from being a regional operator to a nation-wide operator and further strengthen
its customer-centric focus with new products and services.

Major changes in Bharti

Bharti Airtel has appointed Atul Bindal as joint president, Airtel Broadband and
Telephone Services. He will report to Manoj Kohli, president, Bharti Airtel and
will be a member on the Airtel Management Board and chair the Broadband and
Telephone Services Management Board. Bindal, in his new role, will focus on
taking Bharti Airtel's Broadband and Telephone services division to new
heights with increased town rollouts and introduction of new technologies.
Airtel also announced the appointment of Deepak Srivastava as COO, Airtel
Broadband and Telephone Services, North region. Bharti has also appointed Carol
Borghesi as its customer service delivery director.

Cisco Appoints Amit Sinha Roy as VP

Cisco has announced the appointment of Amit Sinha Roy as vice president,
Marketing for India & SAARC region. Roy replaces Ranajoy Punja, who moves on
to his new role as the VP, business development, advanced technologies, Cisco
Systems, India & SAARC. Prior to joining Cisco, he was heading various
marketing functions at Hewlett Packard (India, APAC & Japan), Syntel (US),
Compaq India and HCL India. Punja will be heading the technology group
responsible for driving and accelerating sales for Cisco's Advanced
Technologies in India and SAARC.

Jarrett Appointed Sr VP of Flag Telecom

Reliance Communications has appointed Jarrett Appleby as senior VP,
Marketing and Strategy and a member of the company's Executive Team. He was
the former head, Strategy of MCI (Verizon). Prior to joining Flag Telecom, he
has had stints at Qwest Solutions Business as general manager, where he built
the company's solutions sales approach by integrating professional services
and managed services across all sales channels. Another key assignment handled
by him was with ILV Group where he was the CEO and founder for an executive
business advisory services firm that provided strategic channel distribution for
emerging technology companies.

Bala Mahadevan named President of CSC India

Computer Sciences Corp has announced that Bala Mahadevan has been named
president of CSC's India operations. In this role, Mahadevan will be
responsible for the financial and operational performance of the business unit,
including the management of more than 7,000 professionals that provide product
development, application management and remote infrastructure services within
the region. He will report to Mary Jo Morris, president of CSC's Global
Transformation Services business unit. He replaces Tom Kenyon, who has been
interim president for the past 12 months. Prior to CSC, Mahadevan was with HP as
director of global delivery and application services.

Michel Susai, New CEO and Chairman of NeoAccel

NeoAccel has announced the appointment of Michel Susai as the company's
chairman and CEO. Susai is recognized for his work on NeoAccel's
high-performance SSL VPN-Plus and its underlying ICAA technology and is one of
16 technology and business executives to be honored with this prestigious award
by Silicon Valley Communications, publishers of the Info Security Products
Guide. Michel Susai is an inventor who has developed patent-pending technologies
that provide fundamental means of optimizing and accelerating the performance of
the Internet's underlying TCP/IP networking protocols. Susai launched NeoAccel
to address the fundamental problems associated with existing SSL VPN technology.

AePona Appoints Sudhir Loomba as Regional Sales Director

Aepona, a provider of Service Network products and solutions to telecos has
appointed Sudhir Loomba as its sales director for the region. His role will be
to establish Aepona as the leading supplier of Service Network products and
solutions in the Indian market, and he would be working directly with operators
as well as through partners. Loomba was working with Bharti Telesoft before
being elevated to this new and challenging role.

Ricky Bindra New CEO of the Genpact-NDTV JV

Genpact has announced the appointment of Ricky Bindra as the CEO of the recent
Genpact-NDTV joint venture, NGEN Media Services. In his new role, will be
responsible for the growth along with revenue and EBIT targets for this joint
venture. Previously, Bindra was the VP and Global Operating Leader for one of
Genpact's biggest clients where he played a successful and pivotal role in
enhancing the account's performance. Prior to joining Genpact, he has worked
with organizations such as Accenture, Phoenix Global and Wipro Spectramind in
leadership roles across operations and business development.
