Motorola unveils RAZR in Japan

Motorola Mobility Japan has launched the incredibly thin and lightweight Motorola RAZR smartphone in the country.

The smartphone offers attractive looks with sculpted glass face, diamond-cut aluminum accents and hyper-vibrant 4.3-inch Super AMOLED advanced display.

On the hardware front, the phone offers 1 GB of RAM, with a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor and Android 2.3.6 OS. It also offers a front-facing 720p HD video camera and 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with even sharper 1080p HD video capture.

The phone comes pre-loaded with Motorola Motocast app which offers streaming or downloading of content from PC straight to the device. Offering a 1780 mAh battery it also possesses features like remote wipe, pin lock and government-grade encryption for email, calendar and contacts as well as voice and video chat conferencing.
