Motorola Mobility unveils Motorola RAZR M smartphone

Motorola Mobility, now a part of Google has introduced Motorola RAZR M smartphone in Japan.

Motorola RAZR M is powered by 1.5 GHz dual-core processor. It comes with AMOLED advanced 4.3-inch screen, 2,000mAh2 battery, 1GB of RAM, 8-megapixel camera with LED flash for 1080p HD video recording and 300,000-pixel front-facing camera for video chatting.

Its other key features include FeliCa for O-Saifu (wallet cell phone) compatibility, Corning Gorilla glass 2 for scratch resistance, DuPont KEVLAR fiber etc. The smartphone is available in black and white colours. It has an interactive circles widget, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and business-ready features like security and encryption compatibility, the support for multi-VPN and Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. Motorola RAZR M will be available on the SoftBank 4G network.
