MoMagic Technologies, India-based value added services (VAS) company forays into Bangladesh. MoMagic and Symphony Mobiles, mobile handset company in Bangladesh will set up MoMagic Bangladesh on a joint venture. The new entity MoMagic Bangladesh aims to target the rapidly growing VAS market in the country.
This initiative will help MoMagic to have a platform to present its advanced and extensive VAS services to customers on Symphony Mobile handsets. Collaborating with MoMagic Technologies will help Symphony Mobile to decrease time to market and offer innovative VAS services on real time basis to their customers. MoMagic Technologies intends to provide VAS services to local customers in Bangla language.
MoMagic Technologies is a strategic partner for mobile chipset platform provider MediaTek, whose chipsets represent about 40% of the overall Indian handset market. MediaTek is a leading fabless semiconductor company for wireless communications and digital multimedia solutions.
