Aricent, a full-service, full-spectrum communications software company,
announced the appointment of Mohan Menon as Executive Vice President of Sales.
In his new role, Menon will work closely with CEO Ashish Bhardwaj and the
leadership team at Aricent to augment the company's growth in the Americas.
Menon will be relocating to the Aricent corporate offices in Palo Alto.

contributing a large portion of our revenues. His appointment will play a
significant role in accelerating Aricent's growth in the region."
With over 25 years of experience in the IT & telecom industries, Menon
brings proven industry experience from companies including Net-Itech Asia,
Advanced Wireless Group, Versada Networks, Motorola Electronics, Digital
Equipment India Ltd. and Nelco (Tata Group). During his ten years at Digital, he
was a five-time consecutive winner of the "DEC 100" award and a
recipient of the coveted "Decathlon" award for the best performing
operating manager in India in 1991. Prior to joining Aricent, he was Chief
Executive Officer and Director for Enterprise Services at Bharti Airtel Ltd.
Menon holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and law, as well as a diploma in
marketing and advertising management.
