“User Stores will bring a new, more personal element to the app store experience,” said Tim Yang, General Manager of Baidu India.

“With smartphone consumption skyrocketing in India and worldwide, people now face an overwhelming situation where they need to decide which apps to download out of millions of choices. Curated app libraries will add a trustworthy, friendly touch to downloading apps," said Yang.

The “User Stores” feature will allow MoboMarket users to sort their favorite apps by category, and create customized virtual ‘storefronts’. They will then be able to share their curated app collections in a social feed within MoboMarket. This feature will enable users to easily explore a wide variety of apps from many different genres, and will provide more balanced exposure to new and lesser-known apps.
