Mobile to Mobile STD Rate Slashed to 2.99/Min

Cellular operators have announced a reduction in mobile to mobile STD rate to Rs. 2.99 per minute. This is irrespective of the distance. The cut comes into effect from midnight today. The cut comes in the wake of Reliance's launch of limited mobility services which would be operational from March.
