LifeSize unveils virtualized video calling solution

LifeSize, a division of Logitech is expanding its HD video collaboration offerings, it has introduced virtualized video calling solution for on-demand meetings in the Indian market to suit the needs of mobile workforce.

This solution is, basically, priced at $ 30 per user for a month. The key features of mobile video calling include virtualization, scalability, BYOD support and extendable port capacity, interoperability, solution supports 5 devices per user (user can opt the device of his/ her choice to log on to video calling), multiparty video collaboration etc.

The solutions of Lifesize comes with a 30 day free trial package. Deepak Braganza, country manager, India & South Asia, LifeSize said, “This new offering will address the massive BYOD demand by addressing both employee and company needs by offering multiparty video collaboration that is simple to use, manage, and scale with unmatched in price performance.

He added, Mobile profileration, network readiness, cloud delivery, social connectedness, generations getting raised on video are the key drivers of video communication.
