L&T Infotech collaborates with BWCI

L&T Infotech has announced its cooperation with Broadband Wireless Consortium of India (BWCI) for developing an LTE Radio Access Test Bed to create a technology demonstrator platform to further research in LTE area and accelerate the time-to-market for LTE technology providers.

As part of this program, L&T Infotech would be integrating its LTE UE stack with BWCI's LTE Radio Access Test Bed. This integrated system can be used by technology providers to demonstrate and evaluate end-to-end LTE functionality.

Sudip Banerjee, CEO, L&T Infotech, said, "We are happy to be part of the consortium and look forward to working closely with the BWCI team to develop this LTE Test Bed. This further strengthens our commitment to provide high quality solutions in the telecom space and to enable our clients deliver world-class products."
