Karel & Intellicon unveil security & surveillance products

Karel Electronics, a company providing electronics & telecommunication services and Intellicon, an Indian player of enterprise communication & data capture solutions have jointly introduced new security & surveillance products and new generation IP PBX products to the Indian markets.

Karel has developed a converged solution to integrate IP PBX and surveillance products to capture and communicate information to remote place in emergencies as well as monitor the live environment remotely.

The company has more than 5000 systems installed in defence, para-military forces, state and central government establishments, and Intellicon will provide Karel's new offerings to SMB and government sectors and also aim to create dedicated channel network to distribute products in SMB segment.

''The alliance will make available Karel's globally reputed portfolio of security products and new generation IP PBX systems to the Indian markets. The company's products are known for cutting edge technologies to cater to a wide range of applications and solutions contextual to business needs,'' said Osman Duman, executive VP, Karel Electronics.

Intellicon is currently present in more than 30 cities with offices in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Delhi and Hyderabad.
