JSC Sitronics and Shyam Networks Limited collaborate

JSC Sitronics and Shyam Networks Limited (SNL) have sogned a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enter into a business relationship for the sales, distribution & support of Sitronics and SNL products in India, Russia, CIS and other markets. This MOU will strengthen the growing ties between India and Russia in the field of high tech. Both Shyam Networks and Sitronics will leverage each other's unique position and understanding across various geographies to market a range of telecom equipment, IP network products and solutions cutting edge homeland security and surveillance solutions, smart card and microchip solutions, data centers, GPS solutions catering to a wide range of applications across all sector. Sitronics will use the end to end capabilities of Shyam Networks to implement projects in both Russia and India.

The microchip technology of Sitronics and extensive R&D will be made available to the Shyam group as part of this agreement. This MOU marks a new chapter in collaboration between India and Russia. JSC Sitronics operates in Eastern Europe operating in the field of telecommunications solutions, information technologies, system integration and consulting, and the development and manufacture of microelectronics products. Shyam Networks Lts provides networking, surveillance, and security solutions and services for diverse corporate enterprises, governments, educational institutions, offices and residences.
