Jio AirFiber's expansion reaches 262 cities, more states included

The telecom company has introduced the service to new areas, including Chhattisgarh. Service is now accessible in 262 cities, up from 115 just a few days ago.

A major telecom provider in India, Reliance Jio, has increased the number of cities and towns where Jio AirFiber is available. The service is now accessible in 262 cities, up from 115 just a few days ago. The telecom company has introduced the service to new areas, including Chhattisgarh. The service is now available to more people in towns and cities. Reliance Jio unveiled Jio AirFiber on September 19, 2023, limited to 8 cities. Yet, the service has subsequently expanded to a number of additional cities, and before the end of 2023, it is anticipated to reach even more areas.

Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and Uttarakhand are among the states and telecom circles where Jio AirFiber is now available. Within these telecom circles/states, there are numerous cities where Jio AirFiber service is now available. As it rolls out 5G in more locations, the telecom will quickly try to spread the service to more areas.

In India, Jio is currently installing 5G, having already touched 7,764 towns and cities. You can contact Jio customer service or go to the closest Jio store to find out if Jio AirFiber is available in your city. You can also visit the Jio AirFiber website, which lists every city where it is available.

To book a new Jio AirFiber connection, give a missed call on 60008-60008 if you want to book via WhatsApp. Otherwise, you can also visit the company's website or visit the nearest Jio store. On September 19th this year, Jio announced the launch of JioAirFiber services, its integrated end-to-end solution for home entertainment, smart home services and high-speed broadband, across 8 metro cities.

With over 10 million users of its JioFiber services across India, Jio already has a sizable customer base. With Jio AirFiber, the firm hopes to increase its consumer base. By serving the 200 million+ market, the company wants to grow by utilising the AirFiber gadget.

JioAirFiber in the beginning, went live in 8 cities including  Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune.
