iYogi to drive Spectranet’s revenues

IT services firm iYogi has partnered with broadband services provider Spectranet to deliver a comprehensive solution for customer network management and technical support for the latter’s home and business customers in India.

The partnership will lead to a 12% increase in Spectranet’s revenues, and 15% reduction in support costs in the next 12 to 24 months.

Spectranet ‘s Tech Assist, a premium technical support service will be managed by iYogi for its broadband customers and will be powered by FOX (Fiber Optic Xperience).

The service is based on iYogi’s SaaS platform — Digital Service Cloud, which will be given to the customers at no additional cost.

Spectranet Tech Assist will improve customer satisfaction and create new revenue opportunities by providing trouble-shooting support for such calls.

Udit Mehrotra, CEO and managing director, Spectranet, said,“Using the Digital Service Cloud, the Tech Assist service agents will be able to view and resolve any tech issue 24X7 remotely, and have unified responsibility, resulting in a substantially enhanced service experience for the customer.”

 

“The service will be facilitated remotely with a focus on avoidable field visits…iYogi has solved around 55,000 problems based on such a model in the last eight years with only 2% requiring a visit by our technicians,” said Uday Challu, CEO, iYogi.

iYogi is known for providing technical support for digital devices and applications across the globe. Spectranet is an ISP (Internet Service Provider) with presence in six cities namely Noida, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi and Mumbai.
