ITU Telecom World 2012 to set the stage for global change

ITU's upcoming ITU Telecom World 2012 event will take place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) from 14-18 October 2012. The event, which follows the format pioneered at World 2011, will see interactive debate, networking and knowledge-sharing placed firmly at the centre of an influential discussion agenda.

ITU Telecom World 2012 will welcome a mix of leaders of governments, senior executives, key players from big business, technology companies; manufacturers, operators, content and applications providers plus regulators, policy advisers, academia and representatives of global media.

Organized by ITU, the event is hosted by the government of UAE and takes place alongside GITEX, the leading ICT event for the Middle East, Africa and the South Asian region.
