InterCall wins Asia Pacific Conferencing Provider 2011 award

InterCall bags Frost & Sullivan's Conferencing and Collaboration Service Provider of the Year in Asia Pacific for the fourth consecutive year. The award is based on its revenue and revenue growth, portfolio diversity, major wins and key achievements in financial year 2010. The award was conferred at the 2011 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific ICT Awards, held in Singapore.

“InterCall, the largest conferencing service provider in Asia Pacific, continues to lead the conferencing and collaboration market through its technology transition towards unified
communications,” said Jessie Yu, Industry Analyst, Asia Pacific ICT Practice, Frost & Sullivan. He also noted,“Moving forward, as customers are looking for UC solutions in the cloud, InterCall provides a compelling value proposition by offering hosted UC services on top of the conferencing platform.”

InterCall enhanced its local sales expertise, especially in the consultation services, and regional customer support for the mature markets alon with its products range. These were the key success factors for InterCall to achieve strong year-on-year growth in 2010.
