InMobi acquires Overlay Media

Bangalore based InMobi has announced the acquisition of Overlay Media, experts in context aware computing. Data Scientics at Overlay Media have built the Context Engine technology to deliver personalized content to mobile users.

The Overlay Media team will be based from the InMobi London EMEA HQ.
