Indosat deploys Comptel Dynamic OSS for Mediation

Comptel Corporation, a vendor of dynamic Operations Support System (OSS) software, has announced that Indonesian service provider, PT Indosat tbk, has deployed Comptel Convergent Mediation. This Comptel solution was implemented in collaboration with local system integrator, PT Lintas Teknologi, Indonesia, with the aim of consolidating Indosat's former mediation systems.

“We needed to improve on the efficiency and effectiveness of our former mediation systems,” said Roy Kannan, CIO, PT Indosat.
