Idea Launches Flexi-charge Concept

For its prepaid customers across the country, Idea Cellular has launched a Flexi-charge concept that allows users to get hassle-free recharge through its large distribution network. 

With Flexi-charge, a customer can just walk into the Idea retail outlets, pay any amount ranging from Rs 10 to Rs 10,000, tell retailers the mobile number they want recharged and within seconds their cell will be recharged. An SMS pertaining to the available talk time will be delivered to the customer. An Idea press release said that Idea roaming subscribers could now recharge their prepaid accounts in any Idea circle. 

Currently, this service is available in AP, Delhi, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra circles and it would shortly be launched in Haryana, Kerala and Uttar Pradesh (west) circles. 

This remote recharge will retain all benefits of their home tariffs without the customers having to carry vouchers with them. This facility will allow a person to gift recharges to their friends and loved ones remotely even if they are roaming internationally.
