Idea Cellular now offers enhanced data services and improved internet connectivity to its subscribers across 20 operating circles. The operator has deployed Nokia Siemens Network's device management to ensure seamless GPRS service in these circles. Nokia Siemens Networks' Device Management provides a better experience for subscribers by automatically correcting errors and automating the provision of specific services. With its remote lock and wipe capabilities, it also increases device and data security for IDEA Cellular subscribers. Device Management also provides real-time customer insights to the operator for rollout of customized services. “More and more people are using their mobile phones, rather than computers, to surf the Web.
