US-based ICT solutions provider HTC Global Services is planning to hire 10,000 employees globally, including in India.
It is opening a development center in Chennai to house 4,500 employees in order to support its ITO and BPO growth.
“In addition to its highly talented work-force of over 6500, HTC Global Services plans to recruit 10,000 employees globally over the next few years,” a statement said.
The new facility in Chennai will provide outsourced services for many of HTC Global Services’ clients. It will be equipped with HTC Global Services’ in-house tools and technology, frameworks, and reusable proprietary components.
HTC Global Services has developed unique service offerings and frameworks for analytics, mobility, infrastructure services and emerging technologies.
It is actively recruiting new leadership and senior level industry experts also. Recently, the company has brought on board industry veteran Shami Khorana as the executive vice president for corporate strategy and marketing.

HTC Global Services has multiple delivery centers located in India, Malaysia and in the US with significant capabilities in services such as Mobility, ERP, Integration, Big Data Analytics, Infrastructure Services and other emerging technologies.
