Hexaware to Fforay into BPO space

Hexaware technologies, a software solution provider in banking, securities, insurance and transportation verticals, would soon be entering the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) space. The company has started looking at the European market, especially Germany for the same. Rusi Brij, CEO, Hexaware technologies, in an exclusive interview with CNS, disclosed this. 

"Since BPO is an emerging area, so in couple of months we are going to add BPO to our gamut of services with document management and claims processing to begin with. Going forward, we would be trying to focus on HR solutions as a niche. PeopleSoft solutions and the BFSI market will be the main drivers for growth in the German market- our new focus area" Brij said.
