Fortinet products at TELECOMM India 2006

CHENNAI: Security solutions provider Fortinet has announced that it will be
participate in TELECOMM India 2006 in Mumbai, from 5 - 7 October.

The company will display its carrier-class FortiGate-5000 series and
FortiClient Mobile products and give a presentation on recent trends in mobile
technologies such as the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), Next Generation Network
(NGN) technologies and security considerations for both telecommunications
carriers and mobile phone users. 

Fortinet Solution Architect, Russ Sovde will present on “The New Frontier
for Malicious Attacks: What Mobile Operators Need to know about securing GPRS
Networks”. 

This presentation will describe recent trends in the evolution of network
threats, enforcement of corporate acceptable use policies, and security
considerations for MMS, IP Multimedia Subsystems (IMS) and Next Generation
Networks (NGNs).
