F5 Networks appoints Parag Khurana as MD

F5 Networks on Thursday appointed Parag Khurana as managing director for India.

Based in New Delhi, Khurana will be responsible for leading the company in the next phase of growth in line with the company's strategy to further propel F5's presence in India.

Commenting on his new role, Khurana said, "I am incredibly excited to be part of the F5 team. F5 is committed to growing the Indian market and I am looking forward to lead further expansion of our customer base with our strong Application Delivery Networking value proposition. I am especially excited about our growth opportunities in the telecoms and financial verticals, and I look forward to working with the team to deliver high customer value and accelerate innovation in partnership with our customers."

Parag brings almost two decades of experience in leading and running high performance sales teams in India. He was most recently head of HP's public sector business in India. Prior to that, he managed HP's communication, media and entertainment vertical and was also with HCL- HP.
