Exult, Inc., provider of Integrated HR BPO, has announced the establishment of its India subsidiary operations, Exult Client Services (India) Pvt Ltd, in Mumbai. The India center would be its fifth Client Service Center and would focus on back office transaction processing and call center work. Other Exult service centers operate in Texas, North Carolina and Tennessee in the United States and Scotland in the United Kingdom.
Exult selected India based on its highly skilled workforce, opportunities for daytime "off peak" processing, and quality telecommunications infrastructure. Exult’s past experience in successfully outsourcing IT projects to Indian providers Hexaware and HCL also factored into the decision-making process. Hexaware's BPO division is also providing Project Management support to Exult in setting up India Operations. Exult currently plans to make a multi-million dollar investment in India.
