Etisalat DB mobile services affected in 15 circles

Etisalat DB mobile services have been disrupted since Friday evening in certain pockets across all circles.

Speaking to Voice&data, Etisalat DB spokesperson said ''This has been due to a major network related issue beyond our control. The Etisalat DB team is working round-the-clock along with its network equipment partners to ensure the mobile services are restored at the earliest.''

Etisalat DB apologizes to its customers for a temporary mobile service disruption on Friday due to a technical issue beyond our control the spokesperson added.

Our team has been working round-the-clock to resolve the issue and restore the mobile services at the earliest commented the spokesperson.

Etisalat expects that the service will be restored at the earliest and deeply regrets the inconvenience caused to its 1.67 million subscribers in 15 circles.

Etisalat DB Telecom, a joint venture between Etisalat and Dynamix Balwas Group and operates unified service access license in 15 circles including Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Mumbai, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu (including Chennai), Uttar Pradesh (East), Uttar Pradesh (West), Madhya Pradesh and Bihar.
