Ericsson opens new facility in Malaga, Spain

 

Ericsson is opening a new facility in Malaga in Spain to meet demand for services in network design and optimization.

Recently, the importance of network design and Optimization has increased thanks to the rapid uptake of smartphones and use of mobile broadband.

Based in Malaga, Ericsson's experts will help customers around the world improve the network performance for better end-user experience and more efficient use of the networks.

More and more, network design and optimization (ND&O) services is a key ingredient in the operators' approach in ensuring that their networks are able to handle the high level of data traffic brought on by the extensive smartphone uptake while maintaining service quality and end user experience.

 

Malaga facility will house network design & optimization professionals. Together with Ericsson's world-class Research and Development and service delivery professionals, they work in close cooperation with leading operators.
