Ericsson has inaugurated its new global network operations center (GNOC) in Mexico City to meet increasing worldwide demand for managed services.
The new center meets the market demand for synergies between services and technology, as well as operations capabilities.
It is the company's fourth Global Network Operations Center

''More and more operators are asking for a partner that can take a true end-to-end approach for their networks. They also need help to keep costs down while launching new and attractive services. With this new center, we're investing in more ICT capabilities to meet these new demands for remote service delivery,'' said Orvar Hurtig, head of service delivery, Ericsson.
At present, Ericsson has four Global Services Centers, each connected to a Global Network Operations Centers, in Mexico, India, Romania, and in China.
