Divine Partners with Satyam and Spanco

Divine India has formed an alliance with Satyam Computers and Spanco Telesystems to market and implement its content management and customer care suite of products. These are non-exclusive alliances with divine looking out for more partners in the same category as well as its other range of products. divine also has a direct presence in the country.

Hyderabad-based divine India had set up operations in the country in 2001 and is in the business of what the company calls "extended enterprise" which includes solutions in the CRM, SCM, content management, collaboration and network management space. This definition is opposed to the earlier IT wave in organizational re-engineering which was mostly inward looking with ERP as the focus. 

The next area of tie-up that divine is looking at is the managed services and collaboration space. Mumbai-based Spanco Telesystems and Solutions Ltd will target the CRM solutions at the call center segment in which the company has considerable presence. Content Management tools will be targeted across all segments.
