DIGISOL launches 4 port combo KVM Switch

Smartlink Network Systems, a networking company operating under the brand DIGISOL has introduced a 4 port KVM combo USB & PS/2 switch DG-KB1004, under its BRETON-KVM switching solutions series. The four port switch allows control of up to four computers from a single set of keyboard, monitor and mouse.

It also lead the users to use a single external speaker and microphone for connecting up to four computers, reducing the number of devices on the desktop, and the disorder caused by the cables connecting these devices.

DG-KB1004 is highly energy efficient, when all the PCs are connected to the KVM switch are powered down, DG-KB1004 also shuts down itself. DG-KB1004 uses a unique integrated cable/Connector design for PS/2 connectivity, said the company.

Priced at Rs 8,750, the switch port offers plug-n-play installation and is compatible with Windows 98/SE/ME/2000/XP and Linux.
