Dax Networks unveils IP surveillance camera

Dax Networks has launched DX-372DVP-A, an internet protocol (IP) camera for multi-location surveillance.

Priced at Rs 61,880, this 2 megapixel camera delivers HD quality (1600Ã-1200) video images and is also suited for surveillance within the campus, or premises.

The camera is robber proof, as well as IP66 weather proof rated, and comes packed with an audio port supporting two-way communication.It also has 3GPP support for streaming in 3G mobile phones or any RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol) compatible multimedia software.

Offering an expandable memory of 32 GB, it supports H.264 and optional MJPEG dual streaming up to 30 Frames per Second (FPS), and has a CMOS sensor and 3D noise reduction technology.
