CSG Systems and Intec rebrands as CSG International

CSG Systems-Intec Telecom is renamed as CSG International. This initiative is a part of its brand integration after the acquisition of Intec Telecom in late 2010. Along with a new operating name, the company has re-branded its visual identity and has changed the address of its Web site to www.csgi.com.

“With complementary products, markets and infrastructure, our new combined entity is the world's second largest Business Support Systems provider with more than 3,600 professionals that help our clients introduce and support new products, generate revenues and optimize their operations,” said Peter Kalan, president and CEO of CSG International.

CSG International is an OSS/ BSS company which offers services like billing and revenue management, mediation, rating, charging, product catalog, customer care, web self-service, analytics, interactive messaging, wholesale settlement, content management, workforce management and output services.
