Convergence India 2010: Space Telelink to invest Rs 89 crore

Space Telelink-manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of RF and telecom devices-is all set to unveil new telecom and railway signaling products this year. With a planned investment of over Rs 89 crore, Space is planning to expand its services and supply volume wise, and is looking at introducing new products in 2G and 3G, with a hope of an increase in customer orders.

Space Telecom's engineers have developed a wide range of products such as cable trays, cable ladders (indoor and outdoor, ladder type cable trays), MW Racks 19'', cable lead-in, cable clamps (feeder clamps), antennas, antenna mounting kits, RF connectors, jumpers, earthing kit (indoor and outdoor grounding kit), lightning protectors (arrestor),tie-strip, insulation tapes, couplers, power divider, module, junction box, fastener, standard parts, feeder cable as well as wall entry plates, baluns, and more. This is aimed at addressing the increasingly rigorous demands for efficient transmission products.

While research and development is at the core of Space Telelink operations, by ensuring rapid product development, it meets changing market demands as and when they arise, while partnering with leading telecom companies for reduced time-to-market and broad market access.
