Concerto Software India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Concerto Software, Inc. and IBM India Limited have entered into an alliance to address and deliver solutions to customers in the contact center market in India. Under the terms of the agreement, both companies will explore opportunities to sell Concerto Software's solutions and IBM's products and services to contact centers throughout India.
Concerto has a distributorship agreement with Wipro and professional services partnership with integrators such as Network Solution, Futuresoft, and Bay Talkietech. Concerto has a suite of solutions for contact center deployment. Some of the solutions include ContactPro, a blended multichannel contact center solution; Unison, an outbound call management system; LyriCall, an agent desktop solution. The company has a multi-application suite called Ensemble Pro. Its outbound call management system is the No 1 in Indian market.
Concerto's customers in the offshore outsourced contact center industry includes Daksh, Spectramind, Zenta, Imercius, Goldstone, Delhi Call Centers, Goa Call Centers, Cybersys, and
Supertech.
