CellOne Launch in Chennai on 30 th March 2003

Chennai Telephones is all set to Launch BSNL's CellOne services in Chennai on 30th March 2003.

Registration for pre-paid 'Excel' Cellular service will commence on 2nd April 2003 and that for 'CellOne' post-paid service on 7th April 2003
