HCL Infosystems

The telecom division of this IT giant is a
distributor of Ericsson PBXes. Though it does not have an installation till date, it is
seriously looking at the market. The company’s systems integration expericnce is
expected to help it, when call centres are looked at as more of an IT project than a
PBX-centric one.

about one-fifth are computer-telephony enabled. The company provides solution on
Lucent’s Definity platform. It has a stronghold on banking, telecom, and hospitality
industries. The best company to bank on for high-end call centres.
