BT Delivers B2B Telepresence Solution for Wipro

BT has signed an agreement with Wipro Technologies to provide a fully-managed video conferencing exchange service comprising Cisco TelePresence technology running on BT's global Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) network in India. Under the agreement, BT will provide B2B exchange connectivity which will enable seamless video and voice communications between Wipro, its partners and customers. BT's solution provides Wipro with a complete on-going support using BT's Video Business Unit (VBU) Concierge service.
