BSNL Launches Countrywide Cellular Service

Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee launched 'CellOne' BSNL's cellular service in Lucknow by making first call to Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani in Delhi. The tariff was not announced as BSNL is yet get nod from TRAI.
