BSNL Announces Tariff for MPLS-based VPN Services

BSNL has announced tariff for MPLS-based VPN services to be available in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, and Ernakulum. ITI Ltd. has been entrusted with the task of implementing MPLS-VPN turnkey projects in all the cities. BSNL has also offered 10% discount for multiple ports in the same city. The minimum assured bandwidth that BSNL is offering is @25% of the VPN port subscribed to. No PSTN/PABX connectivity would be allowed for these VPN ports. The eligibility for member of VPN would be same as for the member of CUG network. Inter-VPN group communication has also not been permitted.
