Blackberry and Nokia to have common service centers

Blackberry and Nokia users can now go to common service centres, courtesy HCL Care, the support and service division of HCL Infosystems.

HCL Care has launched multi-brand service centers or one stop repair services outlets for Blackberry, Phillips, NEC, Lenovo, Samsung, Nokia and Dell.

HCL Care announced the launch of multiple HCL Touch Centres across various cities in India. As a part of HCL Care's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) initiative, HCL Touch Centres will offer a wide range of quality services for multiple products and brands.

Aimed to create an organized play in the retail service provider market, HCL Touch Centres will offer one-stop solution to all servicing needs for mobility, IT and consumer electronics products across brands. Starting with 8 centres in Delhi-NCR, this D2C project will gradually expand across Tier I, Tier II and Tier III cities in India.

Speaking on the occasion, Sayantan Nandi, senior VP and business head - HCL Care, HCL Infosystems said, "HCL Care has always been known for its customized service solutions through quality driven processes, superior infrastructure and technically skilled resources. HCL Touch Centre services will include warranty support service for OEM partners, multi-brand out of warranty repairs, extended warranty protection plans/AMC plans, accessories & software sales/upgrade, and a range of value added services like onsite services, pick and drop, data recovery, installation and set-up of products.

The Touch centres shall strive to provide quality assurance, transparency and convenience to its customers.
