"I understand the need of digital connectivity in today's world, especially in an area where building roads is a time-taking task. He also informed about a scheme that will see border villages developed into "model villages" with all the required facilities. He added, "the scheme will be implemented on a larger scale in the coming years. As of now, we have selected only three villages for the scheme. You may be pleased to know that all three villages - Kaho, Musai, and Kibithoo - are in Anjaw district".
Along with this, the CM said, "road connectivity, along with digital connectivity, can change the very face of Anjaw and empower people, both economically and physically".
Notably, Bharti Airel holds a majority stake in Indus Towers, India's largest tower company. Therefore, with this project, the telco will undertake a major project towards ubiquitous connectivity.
