Avaya GlobalConnect has reported Profit after Tax (PAT) for the second quarter ended March '10 at Rs 9.31 Cr (up by 5536% YOY) exceeding PAT of the previous financial year in 6 months. The Company recorded Gross Sales/Income of Rs 131.21 Cr for its India operation and Rs 138.48 Cr on a consolidated basis for the quarter. The figures reinforce the company's stated intent of creating profitable growth.
The company also unveiled its new identity and announced it's rechristening as AGC Networks. The re-branding exercise will enable AGC Networks to outpace competition and open a plethora of opportunities in the enterprise communication market.
