Avaya appoints Dalal as MD for India

Avaya has named Jangoo Dalal as its new Managing Director for India. He is responsible for overseeing all its business operations and driving growth for the company in this market.

Based in Mumbai, Dalal will report to company President for Asia Pacific, John DiLullo. In this new role, Dalal is tasked with driving Avaya's overall business strategy in India and strengthening its position in its core areas of Unified Communications, including its leadership in the Contact Center space in India.
