Check Point Software Technologies has introduced a new service aimed at helping enterprises adopt artificial intelligence (AI) with stronger governance and risk management frameworks. The company announced the Secure AI Advisory Service, designed to support organisations in managing regulatory compliance, operational risks and oversight as AI systems become more integrated into business operations.

AI technologies are increasingly moving from experimental deployments to becoming part of core enterprise infrastructure. However, in many organisations the pace of deployment has outstripped oversight mechanisms. As AI systems expand across hybrid networks, cloud platforms and digital workspaces, boards and executive teams are facing greater regulatory scrutiny, operational risk and accountability challenges.

Governance and Risk Management for AI Adoption

The Secure AI Advisory Service is intended to provide a structured framework to guide organisations through AI adoption. It focuses on embedding governance, risk assessment and regulatory alignment throughout the lifecycle of AI systems. According to the company, the approach aims to help enterprises maintain visibility and control over AI initiatives while scaling them responsibly.

The service is delivered through the Cyber Resilience and Response unit at Check Point Software Technologies. This unit combines governance advisory with threat intelligence insights to provide guidance on managing AI-related security risks. Rather than offering a one-time assessment, the service integrates governance practices into the broader security lifecycle, linking intelligence, preparedness, detection and response. The goal is to ensure that monitoring and controls evolve alongside emerging AI-related threats and regulatory requirements.

Reut Weitzman, Director of Cyber Resilience and Response at Check Point Software Technologies, said organisations need to manage AI adoption with the same level of discipline applied to other critical business systems. She noted that structured governance frameworks can help organisations pursue AI-driven innovation while maintaining oversight and meeting regulatory expectations.

The advisory service provides enterprises with governance frameworks aligned with business strategies, risk and impact assessments for AI deployments, and guidance on regulatory readiness. The compliance support is aligned with international frameworks such as the EU AI Act, General Data Protection Regulation, ISO 42001 and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.

The service is offered in three tiers, Essential, Enhanced and Total, allowing organisations at different stages of AI adoption to access governance and risk management support. Each tier includes access to an AI risk and compliance dashboard intended to provide continuous oversight of AI systems and associated risks.

The Secure AI Advisory Service is designed to complement the company’s broader security architecture, which focuses on securing hybrid networks, digital workspaces and enterprise applications. By integrating governance, risk management and compliance considerations at the early stages of AI adoption, the company says organisations can better manage emerging risks associated with the rapid expansion of AI technologies.
